Art & DT at Oakwood

Oakwood pupils enjoy an exciting and varied programme of Art & Design Technology. Rock carving, body casting, ceramics, silk painting, Oriental art, kite making and glass etching are just some of the activities that the children experience. 

Visits from local artists and sculptors enhance and extend the children's work.

The School also participates in the well-known annual Seaford College Art Exhibition. Many children from Year 1 upwards exhibit their work at the local event, which is a fabulous confidence building experience for them.
