This gracious building sits within tranquil grounds. Its expansive fields and woodlands provide couples with a fairytale backdrop to their special day, and total privacy and seclusion.
Easily accessible from the centre of Chichester, Oakwood can cater for marquee, tipi and outside corporate events throughout the year, with the grounds forming the perfect setting. Our site provides a great amount of flexibility for your to plan your perfect day.

The Heritage Room

Our elegant Heritage Room is licensed for Civil Ceremonies and weddings and would suit small receptions with seating for up to 60 guests.

Its high ceilings and sophisticated décor create a warm, inviting atmosphere with a touch of grandeur.

Marquees

Set in idyllic surroundings, our summer marquee offers a versatile venue for up to 200 people. It offers options that reflect the bride and groom’s individual style and personality, it can be partitioned to provide a more intimate atmosphere if required.

It includes a dance floor, tables, chairs, lighting, a service tent, water and power. You’re also welcome to choose your own marquee provider, with water and power available.

Prices start from £4,000 or ground hire from £1,500
